Sate Ayam Manis
sweet chicken satay

500 gr chicken
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 cm jahe (ginger)
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp palmsugar (gula jawa)
satay sticks

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pound or grind the shallots, the garlic, the jaeh, the kunyit, the lomboks, the rawits, the salt and the palmsugar fine into a paste. Marinade the chicken with it for at least 1 hour and then put the meat on the stick. Roast the satay slowly above a charcoalfire until done, then serve.
