Sate Ayam Ubud
Chicken satay from Bali

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr chicken breast
7 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sambal badjak (see recipe)
5 cm kunyit
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Pound or grind the garlic and kunyit into a paste and add the remaining ingredients to the chicken. Let the chicken marinate at least 3 hours. Thread chicken onto the skewers and grill them slowly over a charcoal fire until golden brown and done. Regularly drip the satey with the marinade.
