Sate ayam wijen
Chicken Satay with sesame

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g chicken breast
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
skewers
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander
1cm galangal
1/2 tsp jinten
2 candlenuts
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
 
Pencelup:
marinade:
5 tbsp oil
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
1 shallot
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix it with the meat and let it stand for at least 1 hour and put it on the skewers.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the pencelup fine until smooth. First put the sate through it and roast it then slowly over a charcoal fire until brown. Sprinkle the satay with sesame seeds and serve.
