Ayam Bumbu suwir Cabai
fried chicken in creamy sauce

1 chicken
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asemwater
300 ml santen asli
3 salam leaves
1 lemongrass
1 cm laos/galangal
2 tablespoons oil
7 red chilies
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat butter in a pan and fry the chicken brown. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lemongrass and laos/galangal for 3 minutes. Add the santen, the salam, the asemwater, palm sugar, salt and the chicken and cook it until done. Let  the sauce thickens.
