Sate Bebek
Sate of duck with sambal kecap
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr duck
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
12 sate skewers
oil
Bahan Sambal Kecap:
Ingredients kecap sauce:
200 ml kecap manis
1 lime, juice
5 red rawits
1 tomato
2 shallots
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 15 minutes and then rinse off. Sprinkle the meat with the pepper and salt and then put the meat on the skewers . Rub the sate with the oil and roast it over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked. Serve wit the sambal kecap.
Sambal kecap:
Deseed the tomato. Cut the tomato, the shallots and the rawits finely and mix it with the kecap and the lime juice.
