fried kangkung / spinach
Ingredients:
250 gr kangkung (waterspinach else spinach)
4 cloves garlic
5 red rawits (small chilies)
1 tsp black bean paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis (soy sauce)
1 tsp palmsugar
3 tbsp oil
preperation/method:
Chop the garlic and wash the kangkung. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits for 1 minute. Then add the kangkung and fry it for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry it until the kangkung is cooked.
