Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
4 lamb chops,
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tsp. asem
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Rub the chops in with the bumbu and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Grill the chops over a charcoal fire golden brown (5 minutes per side)
