Xinjiang Tiger Salad - 老虎菜
1 red onion
4 green lomboks
1 small bunch of coriander
2 tsp black rice vinegar
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Cut the onion into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes and the lomboks into thin strips. Finely chop the coriander. Mix it well.
Mix the rice vinegar with the palm sugar and the salt and mix it with the salad. serve.
