chicken en ginger soup

350 gr chicken
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tauco (yellow bean paste)
450 ml chicken stock
1/2 tbsp kecap asin (thin soy sauce)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
15 leaves coriander/cilantro
1 tbsp oil

1 lombok (chili pepper)

Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the garlic and the ginger fine. Slice the spring onion into small pieces and chop the coriander fine. Slice the lombok into thin strips.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and the ginger and fry it for 2 more minutes. Add the tauco and the stock and cook it for 5 minutes. Mix in the kecap, the pepper, the spring onion and the coriander. Garnish it with the lombok and serve.
