shrimp-corn dish

100 gr shrimp
3 tbsp cassave starch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
6 baby corn
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp carrots, chopped
2 tbsp peas

Clean the shrimps and peel them. Pound the shrimps, the garlic, the pepper, the salt, the kecap and the cassave starch into a smooth paste.
Divide the past into 6 lumps and wrap it around the corn. Place it on a plate and sprinkle the corn, the peas and the carrots over it and steam it
for 10 minutes. Spinkel some kecap over the top and serve.
