Sup Udang
shrimp soup with sambal

250 g shrimp (medium size)
750ml water
2 spring onions
2 sprigs of celery
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp bawang goreng
3 tbsp oil

7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt

6 red lomboks
6 red rawits
1 tsp terasi/trasi bakar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Peel and clean the shrimp. Finely chop the spring onion and celery. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sambal fine.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry until it changes color. Then add the water and bring it to a boil.
Then add the pepper, spring onion and celery and bring to the boil again. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve it with the sambal.
