350g beef fillet
3 tsp asem
4 tablespoons oil
6 cloves garlic
3 nuts kemiri
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Bahan sauce:
ingredients sauce:
100g peanuts
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
225 ml water
50 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 limes, juice
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with the meat, the asem and the oil and let it rest 30 minutes. Thread the meat on the skewers and grill it slowly over a charcoal fire until brown. Baste frequently with the marinade.
Peanut sauce:
Pound or grind the peanuts together with the shallots, garlic and shrimp paste into a paste. Mix with water, coconut milk and salt and cook, while stirring. Spoon in than the lime juice and serve it with the satay.
