1 chicken
1 tbsp asam water (1 tsp tamarind and 1 tbsp water)
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml of water
11 shallots
9 garlic cloves
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste into a paste.
Rub the chicken with the asam water and salt and let it stand for 20 minutes. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and mix. Then add the kecap, pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Add the water and cook the chicken. Roast the chicken then slowly on a charcoal fire until brown and baste the chicken frequently with the sauce.
