corn fritters

100 gr corn kernels
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
125 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix the corn flour, the flour and the tapioca flour with the water and form a batter. Mix in the salt, the pepper and the corn kerneld. Heat in a wok the oil and fry 1 tbsp of the mixture flattened in 2 minutes golden brown.
