Stuffed spicy oranges

2 oranges
150 gr minced meat
5 prawns
12 coriander leaves
1/4/ tsp salt
1/4/ tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic

grates orange peel
thinly sliced lomboks (chillies)

clean the prawns and mine them. Slice the garlic very thinly and chop the coriander fine. Heat a skillet and fry the meat in its own fat. Add the garlic and fry it for 30 seconds. Then add the prawns, the sugar, the salt, the pepper, the soy sauce and the coriander and fry it for 1 minute more. Segment the oranges and cut the back of each segment open and fill in the mince. Garnish it and serve.
