Patarmtim Neing Sea Eaw
steamed tilapia rolls

300 gr tilapia fillet
5 prawns
1 carrot (15 gr)
3 cloves garlic
1 coriander root
1/4 tsp pepper (white)
5 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
nori (seaweed)

thinly cut lomboks (chillies)
chopped celery

Clean the prawns and chop them fine. Chop the carrot fine. Cut the tilapia into thin flat squares. Pound the garlic, the pepper and the coriander root into a paste and mix this with the prawns and the carrot. Take 1 tsp from the mixture and put in on the fish square and roll it up. Cut the nori into thin strips and wrap a roll with it. Steam the rolls for 10 minutes until its done. Place the rolls on a plate and pour the soy sauce over it. Garnish it with the lomboks and the celery and serve.
