Gai Op Gar Thiam
garlic coated chicken
Ingredients:
6 chicken legs
16 cloves garlic
1 tbsp salt
50 gr breadcrumbs
3 tbsp rice flour
1 egg
preperation/method:
Marinate the chicken with the salt and let it rest for 1 hour. Crush the garlic and mix it with the rice flour. Steam the chicken leggs for 30 minutes. Coat the chicken with the garlic-flour mixture. Beat the egg and roll the chicken through it and then through the breadcrumbs. Roast the chicken above a charcoal fire slowly for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
