Gai Pad Gratiem Prik
garlic and pepper chicken

200 gr chicken breast
7 cloves garlic
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp fishsauce
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil

Coriander leaves

Cut the chicken in thin slices. Smah the garlic. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the palmsugar, the fish sauce, the pepper and the water and fry it until the palmsugar is dissvolved and the fluids have nearly ecaporated. Garhish it with shredded coriander leaves.
