100g lettuce
150g Sawi asin (salted cabbage)
50 g chives
150g cucumber
100g cabbage
100g bean sprouts
200g tahu
Bahan sauce:

500 ml of water
100g palm sugar
150g peanuts
2 red chilies
1 red rawit
25 gr ebi
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
50 g sugar
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes and steam it until tender. Cut the lettuce into pieces, the Sawi into thine slices, the cucumber into pieces, the cabbage into thin slices / strips and the chives into small pieces. Mix the vegetables and tofu together.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a creamy mass. Heat in a pan the water with the palm sugar and the bumbu. Bring to the boil and allow to cool. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and serve.
