Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

Ayam Sambal Taoco - spicy fried chicken with taoco

Ayam Sambal Taoco
spicy fried chicken with taoco

1 chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
2 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 taco taoco
1/2 tsp palm sugar

6 red lomboks
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
4 red rawits
9 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 10 pieces and marinate with salt and lime juice for at least 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a coarse paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken brown and set aside. Heat in a pan 5 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai and the taoco for 6 minutes. Then add the chicken and the palmsugar and mix well. Fry further until done.
