fried tofu with mushrooms
75g ground beef
1 tsp kecap inggris (Worcestershire sauce)
1 tbsp kecap manis
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons saus tomat (ketchup)
1 tbsp saus sambal (chilli sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
200ml beef stock
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
Chop the garlic and the jahe finely, cut the mushrooms into pieces and the tahu into cubes. slice the spring onions finely. Marinate the meat with both the kecaps and leave for 30 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the jahe for 1 minute. Add the meat and fry it loose. Add the tofu and mushrooms and mix well. Then add the saus tomat, saus sambal, pepper and the salt and mix. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the dissolved cornstarch and thicken the sauce. Spoon in the spring onion and sesame oil and serve.
