Ingredients:
500 gr beef
5 tbsp fishsauce (nam pla)
5 tbsp lime juice
3 shallots
2 sprigs coriander
9 mint leaves
2 tbsp khao koor (dry roasted crushed rice)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 red lomboks
3 tbsp oil
ingredients marinade:
1 tbsp fishsauce (nam pla)
1 tsp asem
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp lime juice
5 rawits
Preperation/method:
Make the marinade first. Slice the rwaits fine and mix all ingredients well. Rub the meat in with it and let it stand for at least 3 hours. Roast the with slowly for 20 minutes above a charcoalfire. Slic the meat into thin strips.
Cut the shallots, the coriander and the mint fine. Pound or grind the lomboks into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and add the meat. Add all the remaining ingredients and fry it for 2 minutes until the meat is done.
