beef with chilies

900g beef
5 tablespoons fish sauce
13 cloves garlic
5 shallots
5 red chilies
5 green chilies
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tsp black pepper
Cut the meat into thin slices and crush it. Mix the meat with the marinade and let stand for at least 2 hours. Cut the shallots, garlic and chilies finely.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat with the marinade, garlic, shallots and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and fry until the meat is cooked (about 3 minutes).
