Sy Krong Mu Aop
sweet pork ribs (2pp)

600 gr pork ribs
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palmsugar
3 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
150 thin coconut milk
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp red wine
3 tsp tamarind
6 tbsp water

Cut the ribs into short lenghts. Pound the garlic into a paste and mix this with the remaining ingredients. Marinate the ribs with the sauce overnight. Add it to a pan and cook it slowly for 2 hours until the liquid has evaporated. Serve.
