fried minced pork meatballs

ingredients:
500g minced pork
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp white pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons chopped / crushed ice
400 ml of hot water
400 ml of cold water
skewers
oil
 
Preparation:
Mince the garlic and mix it with the pepper, minced meat and flour. Mix the cream well into the mixture and form small balls. Heat the water in a pan and cook the meatballs for two minutes and let it cool in ice water. Drain and drain well. Thread the beads on the sticks. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls in 3 minutes brown.
