omelette with sopropo
200 gr pare / sopropo / bitter gourd
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp pepper
3 red rawits
3 tbsp oil
Cut the pare into thin slices and remove the seeds. Sprinkle the pare with the salt, leave for a while, then squeeze out the moisture and rinse well. Just squeeze again and set it aside.
Slice the rawits finely.
Beat the eggs with the kecap, the flour, the pepper and the rawits. Then mix in the pare.
Heat in a pan the oil and add the mixture and fry the omelette on both sides until brown and done (3 minutes per side)
