meatballs in sweetsour sauce

500 gr minced meat
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
300 gr pineapple
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
3 tbsp fishsauce (name pla)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp cornstarch
5 tbsp water

Slice the garlic fine and mix it with the salt and the pepper with the meat. Form small balls of the mixture. Slice the lomboks into rings and cut the pineapple into small chuncks. Mix the rice vinegar, the fishsauce, the palmsugar, the water and the cornstarch into a sauce.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meatballs golden brown. Add the pineapple and the lomboks and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the sauce and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
