Nasi goreng rendang
fried rice with tuna
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g tuna, cooked
2 green chilies
2 eggs
600 gr cooked white rice
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 cm kunyit
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
5 cm kenur

2 tbsp Bawang Goreng

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Shred the tuna. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then scoop the bumbu on the side and add the eggs and stir until scrambled. Add the rice and stir it through. Then add fish sauce, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Then add the tuna and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle the Bawang goreng on top and serve.
