fried pork with pumpkin

ingredients:
225 gr pumpkin
100 gr bacon rashers
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1/2 tsp white pepper
water
 
preparation:
Heat in a pan of water and cook the meat for 5 minutes and scoop it out and pat down. Heat a pan and fry the meat crispy and then cut it into small pieces. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and chop garlic fine.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, then the egg and fry briefly. Add the pumpkin, meat, fish sauce, kecap, palm sugar, oyster sauce and pepper and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Stir in the coriander leaves and serve.
