Ayam Goreng Lada Garam

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr chicken thighs
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
100 gr of flour
1/2 tbsp tapioca / cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 ttsp pepper
oil
Bahan sauce sambal:
Ingredients sauce:
2 tbsp oil
7 cloves of garlic
9 red dried chili peppers
4 spring onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp ebi, soaked
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small strips. Chop the garlic coarsely and mix it with the meat, lime juice and salt and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Mix the flour, tapioca and salt well together. Mix in the chicken and make sure the chicken is sufficiently coated.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and set aside.
Sauce: Finely chop the garlic, the peppers and the spring onion. Mince the ebi. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and peppers for 2 minutes. Then add the spring onion, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the ebi and fry until dry. Then add the chicken and mix well. Serve.
