Banana cake
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
150 gr sugar
6 eggs
300 gr flour
7 gr baking powder
7 gr bircarbonate soda
1 tsp salt
100 ml oil
5 drops vanille essence
preperation/method:
Wisk the eggs with the sugar and the vanille essence. Mash the bananes and mix it with the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the soda and mix it with the bananas/eggs mixture until its smooth. Then mix in the oil and the salt. Pour the mixture in a cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180 C until its cooked.
