Cager Telur
fried eggs
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 hard boiled eggs
150 g white cabbage
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
4 cm laos (galangal), bruised
oil
50 ml of water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 kemirin (candle nuts)
4 cm jahe (ginger)
4 cm kunyit (turmeric)
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the eggs and notch it several times. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices and cabbage into thin strips. Deseed the lomboks and cut coarsely. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots and garlic until golden. Scoop from the pan and drain. Fry the eggs until golden. Drain the oil from the wok but leave 3 tbsp behind. Fry the bumbu for 3 minutes, then add the laos and water. Then as it cooks, the vinegar, the cabbage, the sugar, the salt and the lomboks and cook this for 2 minutes. Then add the eggs and stir well. Let it stand and then sprinkle with fried shallots and garlic.
