spicy in santen baked eggs

8 eggs
1 red lombok
4 red shallots
200 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tsp asem / tamarind
2 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tbsp jinten (cumin)
4 cm kunyit (curcuma)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and boil the eggs for 6 minutes. Peel the eggs and chop them fine. Pound or grind the kunyit, the ketumbar and the jinten into a paste. Slice the shallots and the lombok fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots and the lombok for 2 minutes. Add the paste and the asem and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the eggs and the santen and let it simmer slowly until the liquid has evaporated.
