Dadar Kare
omelette with spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
4 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
1 salam leave
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
100 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 kemiri (candle nut)
2 cm sereh (lemongrass)
1 cm laos (galangal)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok halve of the oil and add the bumbu and fry it together with the salam and the jruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the santen and let is simmer slowly until it thickened.
Beat the eggs with the pepper and the salt and fry two omelettes with the remaining oil. Roll up the omelettes and pour the sauce over it and let it simmer slowly for a few minutes.
