4 eggs
3 tbsp. chopped white of leek
2 tbsp. chopped celery
200 ml. chicken broth (see recipe)
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. oil
10 gr. coconut cream

Bahan-bahan sauce:
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. jinten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove
1 kemiri candlenut)
2 cm laos (galangal)
1 cm kencur (bitterroot)
1/2 tsp sereh (lemon grass) grated
pinch of ground mace
pinch of ground cardamom,
pinch of ground kunyit (turmeric)
pinch of nutmeg

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce into a fine bumbu (pasta). Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the bumbu until golden brown. Add the broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Dissolve the coconut cream in the sauce. Beat the eggs and add the leeks, celery and salt and pepper. Heat 3/4 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry half of the egg mixture in an omelet. Then roll the omelet and let it simmer in the sauce a bit. Repeat with the other half of the egg mixture.
