Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs
300 ml coconut milk (from 1/2 coconut)
2 bunches of kemangi
1 tsp lime, juice
water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
1 tsp terasi / terasi
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the water in a pan and cook the eggs until tender. Then peel the eggs and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the bumbu in a pan and bring to the boil. Then add the eggs and cook over low heat until the sauce has thickened
Then add the kemangi and lime juice and mix well. Serve.
