Eggs in dark spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tbsp asam water
500 ml coconut milk
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 red lomboks
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the lemongrass and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the pepper and mix. Then add the coconut milk and simmer it gently until the sauce has thickened. Then spoon in the asamwater and serve.
