Telur Bumbu Bali
eggs in a spicy red sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs, boiled
4 jeruk pururt leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml of water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
8 red lomboks
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the eggs around brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut and the serai for 6 minutes. Then add the palm sugar and the water and bring to the boil. Then add the eggs and cook until done.
