eggs in spicy red creamy sauce

8 eggs, hard-boiled
2 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
500 ml coconut milk (from 1/2 coconut)
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
3 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1/2 tbsp ketumbar, roasted

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai, the jeruk purut and the laos for 5 minutes.
Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the eggs, salt and palm sugar and continue cooking on low heat until everything is done and the sauce thickens.
