spicy eggs in a creamy sauce

6 eggs
1 block tahu/tofu
2 jeruk purut/kaffir lime
1 lemongrass stalk
800ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oil
4 kemiri nuts
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cm kunyit
5 red rawits
1 cm galangal
1 cm jahe
Cara membuat:
Boil the eggs and peel them. Cut the tofu into cubes of 2x2cm and fry them brown. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the eggs and tofu and stir well. Add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring slowly to the boil. Serve.
