Semur Telur
fragrant egg stew 

6 eggs, hard-boiled
5 shallots
3 cm cinnamon
2 cm jahe
3 cloves
1 tomato
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
500ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Chop the shallots finely and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the jahe, cinnamon and cloves for 4 minutes. Add the tomato and fry for 2 minutes more. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and the nutmeg and stir together well. While stirring, add the coconut milk and stir until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
