Uta Saronco Limbi
fried boiled eggs in spicy sauce from Nusa Tenggara

5 eggs, hard-boiled
250 ml of oil
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp jinten
3 cloves
1/2 tsp pepper
300 ml of coconut milk

3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
4 kemiri nuts
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi bakar

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden brown and set aside.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp of the used oil and fry the bumbu together with the nutmeg, the jinten, the cloves and the pepper for 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the eggs and cook gently until the sauce thickens and the oil is released. Serve.
