Tumis Telur Ceplok

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 eggs
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
1 salam leaf
1 tomato
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 sprig of chives
2 tsp asemwater
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the eggs sunny side up. Set aside. Cut the shallots, chilies and garlic into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and chives into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, chilies and the salam for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, the salt and pepper and toss. Then gently add the eggs followed by the water. Cook slowly until done. Mix in the chives and the asemwater and serve.
