Duck eggs in curry sauce

6 duck eggs, hard boiled
200 gr of small potatoes
1250 ml coconut milk
2 cm laos
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
1 kunyit leaf
2 salam leaves
2 tsp salt
15 red rawits

7 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate de laos and halve the potatoes.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the laos, the sereh, the kunyit leaf, the salam and the salt and bring to the boil. Then add the potatoes and cook until half done. Then add the eggs and the rawits and cook it slowly until the sauce thickens.
