5 duck eggs
700ml coconut milk
4cm kunyit
6 shallots
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp salt
1 / tsp palm sugar
Cara memuat:
Chop the shallots finely and chillies into thin strips. Grate the kunyit. Heat in a pan the coconut milk with the kunyit and bring to the boil. Add the shallots, chillies, salt and palm sugar and stir well. Break the eggs one at a time into the boiling milk. Poach the eggs slowly and stir gently.
