Telor Bumbu Kacang
Eggs in a peanut sauce

8 eggs, hard boiled
100g peanuts, fried
3 shallots
2 salam leaves
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar
500 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Oil (alternative)

2 red lomboks
2 red rawits
3 cloves of garlic
1 small tomato
2 cm kunyit
2 cm kencur

Cara Membuat:
Alternatively: heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the eggs golden brown and set aside
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mash the peanuts and cut the shallots into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots together with the bumbu and the salam for 4 minutes,/ Then add the peanuts and mix well. Then add water, salt and palmsugar and stir until the sauce has thickened. Mix in the eggs and serve.
