10 pcs spring roll wrappers ( toko )
2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ebi , toasted
100 gr prawns
2 eggs, beaten
200g bamboo shoots
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 clove of garlic
300 ml of water
4 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 teaspoons water
Slice or chop the garlic, ebi, shrimp and banboescheuten fine. Heat the oil in a pan and cook for 3 minutes. Mix in the eggs, oyster sauce, the kecap, sugars, salt and pepper and cook if overcooked . Divide the mixture into 10 portions. Mix the flour with the water .
Take a spring roll sheet and scoop one of the portions of it, divide and roll and wrap. Glue the edges closed with the flour mixture.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the spring rolls until golden brown and serve with the sauce.

Mince the garlic. Heat water in a pan and add the garlic, sugar and add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce .
