Tumis Selada Air Cabai Rawit
fried watercress with rawits

2 bunches of watercress
25 gr bean sprouts
5 red rawits
2 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
1 salam leaf
1 tsp ebi, soaked and roasted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
50 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the rawits, the lomboks, the shallots and the garlic into slices. Cut the spring onion in slanting slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the shallots and the salam for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the rawits and the ebi and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the watercress, beansprouts, palmsugar, salt and peper en mix well. Add the water and the spring onion and fry until done.
