Semur Tahu Tempe Bakar
stewed fried tahu and tempe in sauce

250 gr tahu / tofu
250 gr tempe
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil
6 cm cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
3 cloves
6 tbsp kecap manis
1 spring onion
500 ml of water

3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

3 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tempe and tahu into 4x4x1cm slices. Chop the garlic finely. Mix the garlic with the salt and 2 tablespoons of oil and rub in the slices tahu and tempe. Roast or fry the tempe and the tahu on both sides until brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the spring onion into pieces and flatten the nutmeg. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves for 4 minutes. Add the water and tahu and the tempe and bring to the boil. Then add the spring onion and the kecap and cook until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
