Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 tahu/tofu
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
750 ml of oil
Bahan saus:
ingredient sauce:
5 cloves of garlic
6 red rawits
2 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
150 g peanuts
2 tsp petis udang
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
4 tbsp kecap manis
250 ml of warm/hot water
Pelengkap:
complementary:
200 gr bean sprouts
2 sprigs of celery
3 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:

Cut the tahu into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside. Beat the eggs together with the pepper and the salt and then mix in the tahu. Divide the mixture into 5 portions.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry each portion until golden brown and done. Spoon the sauce over the eggs and serve with the bean sprouts. Sprinkle the celery and the bawang goreng over it and serve.
Sauce:
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the rawits, the keriting and the peanuts for 3 minutes. Then add the petis, the salt and the palm sugar and then pound or grind it into a paste. Then mix in the kecap and the water and form a sauce.
